Subject



Electronic Smoke™ is the webpage of online sales of DANOE SOLUTIONS, S.L, with CIF B-85734770 and located in Madrid.

For any effect, orders made in this shop are purchases to DANOE SOLUTIONS, S.L.

But for particular and written stipulation, any purchase in Electronic Smoke™ shop means the total agreement of the buying conditions. No stipulation by the client can differ from the Electronic Smoke™ ones if there have been no expressly and written accepted by Electronic Smoke™.

DANOE SOLUTIONS, S.L, reserves the right of admission or cancellation of any order, giving back the money to the client, and being exempted from any other obligation.

Guarantee



Electronic Smoke™ covers guarantees of the distributed products by the next clauses:

1. Our products pass a thoroughly rigorous process of quality control before distribution to guarantee the maximum client satisfaction. Anyhow, if any manufacturing faulty non connected with natural wear or misuse, the product will be substituted by a new one or repaired if returned with all accessories, in optimal conditions and on its original packing, and in a period not over 7 days from reception.

2. Cigar is composed of consumable elements, and, but for manufacturer failure, are submmited to wear with time. In the next figure, guarantee times are given for the different parts that compose electronic cigarette Electronic Smoke™ Filter: None, but manufacturing fault. Battery: 24 months. AC Adapter: 24 months. USB Charger. 24 months.

3. Products guarantee enters into force in the indicated date in the buying invoice, as emitted by Electronic Smoke™, excluding the transport costs.

4. The minimum guarantee period of our products is 2 years, but for consumable elements: - In inhalers, we only guarantee the ignition process.

5. Loss or damage during transport by the transport agency it is not responsibility of Electronic Smoke™.

Conditions for Guarrantee Cancellation



1.Misuse, incorrect manipulation or service by the client of a product.

2. Incorrect repairing, modification or extension of a product by a client.

3. Damaged material, with no packing, or with obvious signs of incorrect manipulation will be rejected.

Guarrantee exemptions



- Are excepted from guarantee all defects and wear produced from extreme conditions or accidents, especially electric incidents, and the ones due to wear or non conform use to the Electronic Smoke™ instructions.

- Are exempted as well the modified products or repaired by the client or any other non authorized person, as the products subjected to a specific support contract.

Complaints



According to Art 1 of RD 5/1997 14th of January, complaints pages are on client´s disposal in the company´s social location, and can be requested by email to: cs@ElectronicSmoke.eu

Returns



The following conditions are accepted at the time of purchasing on Electronic Smoke™.

1. All orders made by the client are meant to be ordered.

2. Product returns are possible for 7 days from the product reception, if the client uses its right to refuse the purchase. Client must send an email to: cs@ElectronicSmoke.eu Client will be responsible for sending costs, and the product must be returned in perfect conditions and with the guarantee precinct intact. Money will be sent back by the same means as payment. Sending costs will not be refunded.

3. Inhaler devolutions will not be accepted by hygienic reasons.

4. Electronic Smoke™ is not responsible of loss or damage to the returned product. It is advised to insure the sending.

5. Returns due to delays in product delivery that are motivated of external causes or stock errors are not admitted, except if the delivery delay surpasses 7 working days from payment confirmation. To return a product, you must send an email to our customer support address, indicating number of order and reasons of returning. We will send an authorization that must be printed and annexed to the returned product: cs@ElectronicSmoke.eu

Prices



Published prices by Electronic Smoke™ are expressed in Euros, and include taxes according to the Spanish law, but they not include sending costs. Are valid but for typing error and until end of stock.

Sending costs are responsibility of the user, and will be added to the total cost of selected products once order is made, and before confirmation of payment.

Payment means



Product and services will be payed in anticipation, by 100% secure mode with credit card or PayPal.

Purchases made by credit or debit card will be made by the online payment platform of the selected bank, and the introduced data will be directly transmitted. Electronic Smoke™ has no access to this data.

Electronic Smoke™ has opted for this solutions to offer maximum safety. For payments with non-Spanish cards, it´s needed that the foreign bank accepts and belongs to the safety protocol of Secure Electronic Commerce.

Sending

Delivery will be completed in the moment the transport agency has given the products to the client, and the client has signed the reception document. It is responsibility of the client to verify the products, and expose any comments or complaints considered justified in the reception document. Electronic Smoke™ will send the products by the most appropriate mean to fulfil its compromises. If at the moment of delivery no one can be found at the given address, the messenger will try to make contact with you in the provided telephone number, to concert a new date or hour.

Sending Costs



A charge for sending costs will be made depending on delivery zone. Anyhow, Electronic Smoke™ reserves the right to ask for a additional charge in case of heavy or voluminous products. In case this happens, and the client does not agree with the extra charge, money will be refunded and the order cancelled. Electronic Smoke™ will be exempted from any other obligation. Delivery time



All orders payed by credit card or PayPal before 4PM will be shipped that day. If not, they will be shipped next working day.

Delivery will be made depending on zone. Generally, the order will be deliveried in 48-72 hours, but those times are orientative, and can vary for reasons beyond our control. Electronic Smoke™ has no compromise in delivery times, because shipping is outside its control.

If a delivery is going to be delayed more than 5 working days, Electronic Smoke™ will contact the client to inform and give option of cancellation of order and refund to its credit card.

Prices, characteristics and availability of the commercialized products by Electronic Smoke™ can vary without notice.

Force majeure



Parts will not be responsible if any fault, delay or error due to force majeure. The compromise will be delayed until force majeure ends.

Submission



Electronic Smoke™ desires that any disagreement will be solved by friendly means. When impossible, clients expressly submit to the Madrid Court.

The electronic cigarette distributed by Electronic Smoke™ it is not a medicine nor a sanitary product. Don´t use if pregnant or under 18 years old. Keep out of children reach. It is not advised to use it in front of minors. For more information consult Legal Advice.
