Cartridges are available o 3 different nicotine levels: 0 mg, 6 mg (as light tobacco) and 8mg (normal tobacco equivalent). Each cartridge equals to more or less 20-25 cigarettes.

Nicotine acts on different body parts:

1. Circulatory system. Nicotine raises arterial systolic and dyastolic blood pressure (maximum and minimum), tachycardia (increase in heart rate) and arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats)
2. Gastrointestinal tract: Increases gastric acidity, can produce gastritis and stomach ulcea. In sensible people can favour intestinal transit, because it increases intestinal movement.
3. Increases glucose (sugar) and fat acids concentration in blood.
